View all sales activities for a specific contact person in chronological order

Contact Activity Timeline

Contact Activity Timeline is a screen for viewing all sales activities conducted with a specific contact person in chronological order. When a single contact participates across multiple projects, you can see the entire meeting history with that person at a glance.

๐Ÿ’ก Relationship with Customer Timeline: Customer Timeline is based on customer company, while this screen is based on contact person (individual). The timeline card structure and features are identical.


Screen Layout

Uses a two-panel layout.

Structure

  • Contact Card โ€” Each contact shows name + position ยท company name.

Selection Behavior

Clicking a contact switches the center panel to that contact's information and timeline. The selected contact is highlighted with a brand-colored background.

Contact Information Card

When a contact is selected, an information card appears at the top:

Activity Timeline

The timeline displays the same structure as Customer Timeline:

  • Project Band โ€” Project name the activity belongs to (click โ†’ Activity Board)
  • Activity Header โ€” Number, date/time, type, duration
  • Bayesian Stats โ€” P(Win), Impedance, ฮฑ/ฮฒ, sequence, silence days
  • Tags โ€” Contact, Stage, Signals
  • Body โ€” Meeting Notes, Strategy, Attachments
  • Social โ€” Likes, Comments, Replies (AJAX)

Access Permissions

  • Contact List displays all active contacts belonging to active customers.
  • Activity Data is filtered by project member access:
    • Only activities from projects where you are registered as a member are shown.
    • Admin / Super User can view all project activities.

Usage Tips

  1. Useful for quickly reviewing meeting history with a specific contact. Example: "How many meetings have I had with Director Kim in the last 6 months?"
  2. View the entire activity history of key individuals who participate across multiple projects.
  3. The project band on activity cards instantly identifies which project the meeting belongs to.
  4. Monitor silence days (๐Ÿ”‡) to track communication gaps with specific contacts.
