💡 Industry & Region Registration is Strongly Recommended
Why register now:⚠️ Next Version Preview: Industry-Specific Bayesian Analysis
The next update of EXAWin will introduce industry-differentiated Bayesian analysis.
The same sales signal can have a different impact on win probability depending on the industry.
For example, "Budget Confirmed" is a strong positive signal in manufacturing, but may be a relatively routine procedure in the technology industry.Customers without an Industry will be excluded from industry-specific analysis, and their project probability calculations will only be performed using the generic model.
This results in lower precision, and the quality difference in analysis becomes significant as data accumulates.
- Retroactive application — If you register the Industry for a customer now, when industry-specific analysis is activated in the future, existing activity data will automatically be reflected in the industry-specific model.
- Region is similar — Region information will also be used for regional market characteristic analysis in the future. If registered in advance, you can benefit from the analysis immediately without needing a separate data cleanup effort later.
- Data is an asset — Investing 5 seconds today to enter Industry and Region will dramatically improve future analysis quality. Conversely, batch-updating hundreds of customers later requires significant time and effort.
💡 Tip: Don't leave Industry and Region blank when registering customers.
The difference may not be visible now, but as data accumulates, it creates a decisive difference in analysis precision.
Important Notes
- Company Name is a required field. It cannot be saved if left empty.
- Code is auto-generated and cannot be manually edited.
- Even if a customer's Active status is set to OFF, existing linked projects and contacts are maintained. However, inactive customers do not appear in the selection list when creating new projects.
- It is recommended to deactivate rather than delete a customer. Deletion is irreversible, and deletion is not possible if there are related data (contacts, projects).
- Excel export is based on the filtered results currently displayed on the screen.
