View activity timeline by project (deal) β€” per-project activity tracking

My Project Timeline

My Project Timeline is a screen for viewing all activities of a specific sales project (deal) in chronological order. Projects where you are a member are listed on the left, and selecting a project shows the complete activity history for that project.

Screen Layout

Uses a two-panel layout.

Selection Behavior

Clicking a project switches the center panel to that project's information and timeline. The selected project is highlighted with a brand-colored background.

Usage Tips

  1. Most useful for quickly reviewing the activity flow of your assigned projects. Better than Activity Board for fast, read-only scrolling reviews.
  2. Track Bayesian statistics changes chronologically to identify which meetings caused P(Win) to spike or drop.
  3. If silence days (πŸ”‡) keep increasing for a project, plan follow-up activities immediately.
  4. Click activity titles to perform detailed editing in Activity Board.
